Leveraging Lean in the Marketplace

If you begin your Lean journey with the clear objective of delivering value across the board, from suppliers to customers, you will be much more successful than if you limit Lean to just cost-cutting or inventory-lowering targets. Your Lean success will extend beyond your company walls. The way to grow your company profitably is to deliver value to your customers at a level that your competitors cannot match. Treating your vendors as your partners in delivering value to your customers is also a key part of this equation.
