Mosaics are a traditional art form dating back to ancient times, in which a picture or pattern is made from an arrangement of small colored tiles, stones, pieces of glass, or other materials. As a system of small, colored pieces, LEGO is a natural medium for creating mosaics by arranging bricks, plates, tiles, or other elements in a grid to form a 2D image.
