Of course, it’s one thing to state what the strategy and culture are, and another to execute them. To make the Lenovo Way culture happen and to deliver on our strategy, we translated the principles of accountability and entrepreneurship (do what we say; own what we do) into a few key actions, which we called the “Four Ps”: Plan, Perform, Prioritize, and Practice.
