Wikis as part of a learning system; a conversation with Peter Kemper
Peter Kemper is a leading expert in the use of wikis as a component of a learning approach. He is currently the expertise holder for virtual teamwork for his parent company, a role that includes managing the knowledge management portfolio, researching and innovating in knowledge management, and leading the programme to implement an enterprise-wide wiki encyclopaedia for the whole global organisation. I spoke to Peter in order to understand the role that wiki technology can play in organisational learning.
