11.2. Using Parameters in Filter Conditions

The previous section showed how to create a parameter for a data value. This section shows how to use that parameter in a filter and how to run the new query.

Setting the Filter Condition

To open the Query Builder, click the data icon in the Project Explorer or Project Designer to make it active, and select Data Filter and Query from the menu bar. Then select the columns you desire in the Select Data tab. For this example, use the Volcanoes data table for the query, and select all the columns.
