11.3. Creating Parameters for Variables Names

The previous two sections showed how to create a parameter for a data value and then use it in a filter condition in a query. This section shows how you can create a parameter for a variable name, and the next section shows how you can use this parameter in a task. This example creates a parameter that will allow a user to choose a grouping variable when a task is run.
