Building and Maintaining Trust
Kofi is new to this project team. While everyone has been friendly enough, it seems like the half of the team working in the office stick together and tend not to reach out to him. Those working elsewhere have been more welcoming, but he speaks to only a few on a regular basis, and when he has a question, those are the people he asks rather than the people in the office. Lately his manager has been asking for more updates than usual and Kofi’s wondering if there’s something going on that he’s unaware of.
