How to Work with Others Remotely
When COVID-19 hit, Richard was looking forward to working from home more often. On the few occasions he’d done it before, he was able to accomplish a lot and felt productive. Now that he’s permanently working remotely, he sometimes creates his own systems and ways of doing things, but he is no longer feeling as productive and has a harder time coordinating his work with the rest of his teammates’.
