THE CONSTELLATION EFFECT

I like to think of people as a storyboard, as a picture that is constantly evolving. When you build relationships that are not static, temporary, or limited to a particular project or venture—you never know what can emerge. Each person is a piece of a larger vision: for you, for them, and for global issues we face as a society. By now hopefully you are getting a sense of how the constellation analogy applies and how you can use it to cultivate your own relationships.
