Regulatory Developments
The commercial loan market is subject to a wide range of regulations, a number of which are discussed in this volume. The offshore Eurocurrency funding market, letters of credit, customer identification, margin lending, anti-bribery and anti-corruption rules, sanctions and flood insurance are just a few of the regulated areas reviewed herein.
