Communication is the main tool of the consultant. The way you talk, present and write will determine how successful you are. The language you choose tells a listener a lot about you and how client-centric you are. Great consulting communication derives from clarity of thought. Clarity of thought enables you to express and explain concepts meaningfully, convincingly and helpfully to your clients.
