In this conversation, James, a new production manager, is having trouble with his supplier and he goes to his manager with the problem:

James:

I’ve got a problem that I’d like to talk over with you. Do you have a few minutes?

Manager:

Yes. What is it?

James:

I’m having trouble with my supplier and I don’t know what to do.

Manager:
