Our first example shows how OPERA can work as a decision-making tool, where the coaching task was to help the coachee assess the forces for and against a particular decision.
The coachee wants help in deciding whether it would be more practical and efficient to work part of the week from home, rather than full time in the office. The coach helps clarify what might drive the desired outcome successfully forward, and what could restrain movement in this direction.
