BECAUSE REWARDS CAN BE a sensitive workplace issue, communicating about pay, incentives, and benefits is among the most difficult and important tasks management has to do. Our Hay Group Insight employee opinion database suggests that two-thirds of all employees are satisfied with the organization where they work, and more than 70 percent like the work they do.
