Any employee who has a complaint will have an opportunity to have the complaint heard and will receive an answer. Our procedure is as follows:
1. Take your complaint to your supervisor. This individual will investigate the complaint and respond to it within 72 hours. If you are not satisfied with the decision, you may take it to Step Two.
2. Take your complaint to your supervisor’s supervisor. This individual will look at the previous decision and the rationale for the decision, investigate it further if needed, and respond within 72 hours. If you are not satisfied with the decision, you may take it to Step Three.
