Timing is everything!

One of the factors that many people overlook is timing. Poor timing can make or break a training session! (This seems to be an area that many leaders just don’t think about at all.) Here are some tips to make sure that the schedule doesn’t have a negative impact on training and, more importantly, on learning:

The goal is to provide training, not to kill them! I have seen training that went from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Let’s think this through: Does it make sense to beat people up by having training that lasts 12 hours? It’s utter nonsense!
