Training Vendors

Many national and international training companies can come in and conduct the training or arrange to get one of your people certified. The way it works is that you find the program and try it out. If you like it, you select an employee to get certified. The company then puts that employee through their process to certify them. Usually, the employee has to experience the program as a student, attend some kind of certification training program, and teach a “pilot” program with your employees (someone from the training company observes).
