CHAPTER 3ANALYZE
By the time the team reaches the Analyze phase (see Figure 3.1), the business case for the project has been approved, potential resistance from key stakeholders has been reduced, the process has been mapped, and critical process data have been collected. The end goal of this phase is to take all the collected information and data and identify the root cause of the problem. The Analyze phase is divided into three steps:
