I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Author
christopher w. moore is a partner in CDR Associates, an international stakeholder engagement, collaborative decision-making, and conflict management firm based in Boulder, Colorado, USA. He is an internationally known mediator and facilitator, dispute systems designer, trainer, and author in the field of conflict management.
Moore received his BA degree from Juniata College in history, an MAT in social change from Antioch-Putney Graduate School, and a PhD from Rutgers University in political sociology and development. He was trained as a mediator by the US Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service and the American Arbitration Association.
