He is an internationally known mediator and facilitator, dispute systems designer, trainer, and author in the field of conflict management.
Moore received his BA degree from Juniata College in history, an MAT in social change from Antioch-Putney Graduate School, and a PhD from Rutgers University in political sociology and development.
