The final step to creating an effective mentoring program is to share the successes and make incremental improvements. Your mentoring program is more likely to thrive and be sustainable if others know of its success. Sharing about the program’s success will help you to recruit future participants, rally others to be an ambassador for your program, and secure future funding for the program.
