ENGAGING IN FEEDBACK—asking for it, giving it, receiving it, accepting it, and acting on it—is a vital part of enabling growth for your mentee. Feedback given and received in the right way nurtures the growth of the mentoring relationship; feedback given or received in the wrong way can upend a relationship—but doesn’t need to end it altogether.
