EXPLAINING THE COACHING PROCESS, THEORY, AND MODELS BEING USED
In the third Aspect, the Teacher makes the coaching process itself visible, so the client can be a more informed partner and ultimately competent and self-generative in guiding her own development. This runs counter to the attachments of some coaches to providing something that is unique, magical, and transformative. This attachment serves the coach’s identity needs beautifully but rarely serves the client.
