Coach and client enter the coaching space at the beginning of each conversation with their own concerns that are specific to the roles that they are in. Life predictably will have delivered unpredictable experiences since the previous conversation. So the client enters coaching with these experiences of success or perceived failure, or even both. She enters the conversation with questions, breakdowns, new data from life experiences. She will be in a certain mood and will have particular interests or outcomes that she wants from the conversation.
