Catch the Wave, Not the Ripple

To live your life through a camera was an ideal for many in my generation. With small cameras readily slung over our shoulders, we photographed many of the strong impressions that crossed our path. But we were limited, often to black-and-white film and by the expensive and time-consuming need to process and the print the photos. We often lamented that we wanted a receiving and saving device attached to our eye and brain, a way of photographing simply and directly with a camera always at the ready. Now that wish is a reality.
