The success or failure of projects is a topic that has interested both practitioners and theorists for decades. Several attempts have been made to report in detail what went wrong or well in a project implementation as defined, with the hope that all could learn from it and, as a consequence, projects would be managed with higher success rates in the future. We take a different perspective and approach.
