Abstract
This chapter covers situations where you encounter technical obstacles that prevent you from moving forward with your session. These include situations such as difficulties with your Internet connection, a product or prototype that changes unexpectedly, and common problems experienced by remote participants. For each situation, you’ll learn what to do, what to say, what not to do or say, and how you might be able to avoid this in the future.
