Priority Number One

Your health has to be your first priority and that of your clients. You have to lead by example, even remotely. I shudder every time I watch a professional speaker on stage who is grossly overweight, or a chain smoker, or obviously not very fit, talk to the audience about “taking control of one’s life” or “being an exemplar.” You can’t make this up.
