Introduction
Having looked at evidence on how OD has been operationalized in practice (through the content analysis on job advertisements), and at who has influenced our thoughts on OD through their writing, another tranche of this research study was to gather qualitative data from subject experts. In this chapter findings from the semi-structured interviews conducted with twenty-one subject expert participants will be provided. The aim of the study was to elicit a range of opinions across practitioner and academic communities.
