Urban Transportation

Urban transportation plays a vital role in the socio-economic development of a country. History has enough evidences of demonstrated economic growth based on high quality, superior access transportation network. There are also evidences of countries that failed to progress well, because of inferior transport infrastructure.

The motivation for a good transportation network has been manifold. Demand for mobility choices, specifically arises from a large aspiring and young population. Based on demography, young and aspiring population belongs to the developing countries and therefore public transportation projects are thriving in developing countries.
