The New Beginning as in Bob Sproull’s previous books recommends using a procedure that combines the three main operational excellence approaches of Lean, Six Sigma, and the Theory of Constraints. The Theory of Constraints will tell you where to act—on the constraint—and then you use focused and prioritized Lean and Six Sigma.
