Pete contacted Tom early Monday morning and told him that if he could meet on Wednesday at 9:00 am, he would free up that day and time to meet with him. He also reiterated how excited he was to learn about Throughput Accounting. Tom agreed on the date and time, and decided to create a slide deck on Throughput Accounting. He decided to use the same slide deck that he used at Tires for All since it seemed to resonate with everyone and they were able to take it and use it in their financial decision-making.
