I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Before leaving from Simpson Water Heaters the last time, Tom had instructed Matt to lead an effort for Simpson to create their own Goal Tree. Simpson’s team had done that very thing, so Matt decided to call Tom and schedule his next visit. He called Tom, and they set up a meeting for the day after tomorrow.
Tom arrived at Simpson Water Heaters, met Matt in the lobby, and the two of them walked to the conference room. The conference room was full, and Tom could tell by the look on people’s faces that they were anxious to begin this session.
