Who bears the blame for IT’s problems isn’t the question. You know as well as I do that won’t stop the finger-pointing that happens as people shrink from accountability. The question is whether or not you’re willing to speak the truth, and maybe even schedule a one-on-one with the CEO to lay out the issues and explore ways to fix them.
