Cultures that Enhance Creativity and Change

Most people have fears and inhibitions that prevent us from excelling and being creative. These fears include fear of failure, fear of others’ envy, and fear of disappointing others.1 These sorts of feelings can be crippling and stifle creativity.

As leaders, we must help our employees grapple with fear and create a culture that brings out the best in our workers.
