So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Moving Toward a Future of Distributed Authority
IN THE NEAR FUTURE, MANY TRADITIONAL HIERARCHIcal structures will bend and break. Lots of diverse partners will come together in new ways to create new kinds of organizational structures that will be more fluid and less rigid. While this will feel like a radically new future, and in some ways it is a radically new future, there are deep roots in the past. The future that is about to happen has been brewing for a very long time.
