There are not always easy answers. Solutions that might apply in the general case are not necessarily applicable in every case. We have spoken in the previous chapters about how applying ideas from the New School will create positive effects. It is possible to achieve a future in which information security is not riven by opinion and demagoguery. Using objective data and embracing other sciences can trump both fear and fashion. We have also spoken throughout this book about how there is no single solution to the majority of the challenges that exist within information security.
