All Change

Governments must change, but on the global stage, change is both necessary and inevitable at three fundamental levels:

• Technological—. The future will be very different in terms of technology. Indeed, technological progress has the capacity to speedily reshape and even wipe out entire industries.

• Personal—. At a personal level, the global stage means that we have to become more adaptable and more willing to proactively take part rather than remaining a spectator.
