Billie T. Alban is president of Alban and Williams, Consultants to Organizations. She is an international management consultant and teaches in executive development programs. She works with organizations and communities on large -scale change efforts. Billie is co-author with Barbara Bunker of Large Group Interventions and The Handbook of Large Methods (Jossey-Bass) and with Loren Mead, Creating the Future Together (Alban Institute).
