Version #2: Peek-a-Boo Whitewash
One of my favorite things about Unicorn SPiT is its vibrant colors. So, the last thing I wanted to do was color it all white. But, I knew I had to show you how to whitewash. But it didn’t mean that I couldn’t put my own spin on it. I absolutely love how I was able to allow little bits of the color to peek out of its white blanket creating a white, opal-like effect. The hint of color that I allowed to shine through was a little glimpse of the Carnival life the jewelry box had before.
What you’ll need
- Unicorn SPiT color: White Ning
- Artist brush
- Hair dryer
- Damp shop cloth
- Clear satin spray topcoat
