Meeting Mania

There are a variety of ways to prepare for a meeting. The level of preparation depends on the formality of the meeting and the attendees. If you are organizing a meeting for company board members, the preparation will be extensive. In contrast, if you are organizing an impromptu meeting to review a solution, very little planning will be required. Either way, it is important that the level of preparation and those invited to the meeting be appropriate to the meeting’s content.
