Start Right

Ensuring the project is set up well is important for all projects. It is particularly important for projects using team members who spend most of their lives in business as usual (BaU) and are doing the project as-homework.

Building a Team from the Project Members

We covered team selection earlier, but once that is in place, the next step is to introduce the project manager, business lead, and project sponsor to the project members, and then meld those individuals into a team. With an all full-time dedicated group, this often happens naturally.
