Implementing Your Performance Pipeline

Throughout the book, I've detailed the purpose and key results that must be achieved at each layer. Just knowing what these results are, making results expectations known to the right people at the right layers, and rewarding those who deliver or exceed these results can help you create a performance pipeline. Realistically, however, I recognize that translating concepts from paper to practice can be challenging. As much as I've tried to offer information and ideas to facilitate implementation, I know that the real world has a way of throwing you curves that aren't addressed in books.
