Experiential Learning Activities: Conflict and the Team

Some of the experiential learning activities in this section focus directly on the dynamics of conflict, collaboration, and trust in an intact team or working group. Others address organizational conflict in ways we suspect many facilitators will find particularly well-suited to intact groups.

Please do not misunderstand. Only two of these exercises, "What to Look for in Groups" and "Current Status," are designed exclusively for intact teams. Also, if you're hunting for an activity to serve the needs of a particular team, don't limit your search to this section.
