First Steps

Now that you’re familiar with the user interface and the functions of the main buttons and tabs, it’s time to take the first few steps needed before we delve into FS4’s editing features. If you’ve been using FS4, you probably already know how to open an image and perform some of the core tasks, so feel free to skim over the next few pages (but a review of the basics can’t hurt if you have an extra minute or two).

Note

When you are finished editing an image, be sure to export it. For example, I always export my edited images to the iPad’s Photo Library.
