11 Sharing Photos

Luminar is a non-destructive editor, as I’ve mentioned before, which means the original photos are not actually touched when you work with them. The image files on disk are the same as when you imported them from your camera, while the edits you make exist as saved commands in Luminar’s catalog.

To use any edited photo outside of Luminar, you need to export it in order to create a new version that incorporates all the adjustments. Luminar offers two routes to do this: export it as a file to your hard disk, or share it directly to a few online services.

It can also batch process groups of photos on disk to create edited versions, even if the originals have not been edited yet.
