Everyone is a Photographer

Everyone is a photographer, from a 21st-century student’s point of view, in that they have the means and ability to capture digital images. Much of a student’s experience of the world and their relationship to it are facilitated through photography. In addition to viewing the world through images, students interact globally by creating user-generated content that communicates their ideas, feelings, and perceptions of the world (Wyrwoll, 2014).
