Because many shortcuts already exist, the challenge is finding a shortcut that isn’t already spoken for—so instead, you can reallocate an existing shortcut. Here’s how you do that:
1. Choose Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts.
2. Locate the command you want to edit, and then click next to it in the Shortcut column.
3. Press the combination of keys you want to use. For example, I pressed Command-Shift-L (Windows: Ctrl-Shift-L) next to Layer Mask > Reveal All.
4. An alert displays if the shortcut you want to use is already in use. That could be bad—if it is a command you actually use. In my example, it’s warning that my desired shortcut would be removed from Auto Tone, a command that I never have and likely never will use ( ...
