Recruitment Process in Hong Kong

This case study focuses on a U.S.-based business expanding in Hong Kong. I chose this case because it introduces several different characteristics to business process work and shows how to adapt the ten steps. It skips step 1 because my client had already identified the process to focus on, and it skips step 6 because I had to design an entirely new process because no process existed. You can reference the preceding chapters in this book for clarification or for additional details as we move through this case study.
