Appendix B. Project Business Management Maturity Evaluation Model

The Project Business Management Maturity Evaluation Model is a tool that is intended to be modified by the using enterprise. The purpose of the model is to define capabilities the enterprise has established to meet its long-term strategic initiatives and business objectives of implementing project business management as a core competency enterprise wide.
