Successfully developing and executing project business management best practices across an enterprise depends on integrating four related elements of project business management, the second of which is standardization. Standardization means establishing a project business management methodology (PBMM) model composed of a set of defined and integrated project management and business management processes. These processes are aligned with the development processes of the enterprise’s products and services and are supported by associated written procedures.
